Description of the Services
Tiran Bypass provides a game cheat. We do not guarantee that any feature or function will operate without error or disruption.
Tiran Bypass Standard Requirements
1. We only support Windows 10 (20H2, 21H1, 21H2, 22H2) and Windows 11 (22H2, 23H2, 24H2), and if you use any other operating system, we cannot guarantee its functionality. 2. We don't guarantee our product to work on virtual machines such as Shadow, VirtualBox, VMware or virtual private servers. 3. Our product requires an active Internet connection during the whole usage.
Licenses and Subscriptions
1. Monthly Plans: We offer only monthly subscriptions (collectively, the 'Licenses'). These Licenses are classified as Products under these Terms and Conditions. 2. License Requirement: You must purchase one of these Licenses to create an account on our Website, and activate a minimum subscription time to access the dashboard and utilize any part of our product. Without an active License, you will neither be able to register an account nor increment your subscription time. 3. Integrated Services: Although these Licenses are integrated into the Services we provide, each License requires a separate purchase for use. You can purchase multiple Licenses and redeem them on the same account at any time, doing so will increment your subscription time. 4. Additional Terms: Specific payment terms, renewal policies, and other relevant details will be provided during the purchase process.
No Warranties and No Liability
1. No Warranties: We provide our Services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 2. No Responsibility for Bans: We are not responsible for any banishment, suspension, or penalty you might incur in any game resulting from the use of our Services. You acknowledge that the use of our Services can carry inherent risks. 3. Functionality Limitations: Some functions may not work correctly, and we are not obligated to fix or modify them. 4. No Refund or Compensation: If not specified, we do not offer compensation or refunds of any kind. You agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
License Deactivation
1. Association with Game Dev/Anticheat Companies: You are not allowed to use our Services if you, or someone you are connected to, are associated with any game development or anticheat company. 2. Reverse Engineering: You may not attempt to debug, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer our products. 3. Sharing/Reselling: You may not share or resell our products under any circumstances. 4. Attacks Prohibited: You may not attempt any type of attack (e.g., DDoS) against our site or servers. 5. Payment Method Authorization: You can only use the payment method for which you have the proper authority or permission. 6. Disputes and Chargebacks: Disputing a payment will permanently disable your account and might result in legal action. 7. Use of Videos/Images: If you use videos/images of our Services, they must include our logo, clearly visible and not cut out. You are responsible for correctly hiding your account details to maintain your own privacy. 8. Acceptance or Prohibition: If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our Services. Breaking any of these rules will result in immediate termination of your account and access to our Services.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Tiran Bypass regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision.
